Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 28, 2026
These terms apply to all engagements with Studio Tiffany. By booking with us, you agree to the following.
Inquiries and proposals
Submitting a contact form does not constitute a booking. A project is confirmed only upon a signed agreement and receipt of the retainer.
Retainer and payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. Remaining balances follow the schedule outlined in your signed agreement. Late payments may delay or pause work.
Cancellation
Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event date are responsible for the full contracted amount. We will make reasonable efforts to recover costs from third-party vendors on your behalf, though recovery is not guaranteed.
Scope and revisions
Each agreement defines the creative direction, design work, and deliverables included. Two rounds of revisions are included per deliverable unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions, expanded scope, or new requests are billed separately at our standard rate.
Vendors and third-party costs
Most projects involve outside vendors — florals, rentals, catering, production, talent, venue. These costs are passed through to the client and are not included in our design or creative direction fees unless explicitly stated in your agreement. Payment terms for third-party vendors follow each vendor's own contract. We may collect and remit these payments on your behalf as a convenience, but the financial obligation remains with the client.
Travel and expenses
Projects requiring travel outside of Jackson Hole, Wyoming include travel costs — flights, lodging, ground transportation, and per diem — billed to the client at actual cost. Travel is estimated in your initial proposal and reconciled against receipts after the project. Travel days are billed at our standard day rate unless otherwise agreed.
Creative ownership
Concepts, designs, and materials produced by Studio Tiffany remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. We retain the right to photograph completed work and use those images for portfolio, press, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Vendor liability
We may engage outside vendors on your behalf. While we vet our partners carefully, Studio Tiffany is not liable for the independent acts or omissions of third-party vendors.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, illness, government action, or venue closure. In such cases, we will work in good faith to reschedule.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim related to a project will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Studio Tiffany is registered, regardless of project location. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Teton County, Wyoming.
